I just got back to Baltimore and I am in blogging mode again. Shneara Kerrie Boone was reported missing by her mother to the Baltimore Police Department on September 2nd and three days later Boone’s body was found in her SUV. The SUV was locked but the keys were not found in the vehicle, in the vicinity of the 500 block of East South Street in Frederick. Was it an accident or was there foul play involved here?
The last contact that Boone’s family had was a telephone call to a cousin that she would pick her up after finishing work at a McDonalds in Baltimore so the two could go out. This call was at approximately 10:50 p.m. on August 31st and Boone was to leave in approximately ten minutes and her cousin should wait outside for her to arrive.
The state medical examiner’s office stated no cause for the death has been determined and there is are toxicology tests pending that could take as long as several weeks. If there is foul play involved then someone will need a good lawyer overall.
The commander of the Fredric Police Department Lt. Shawn Martyak of the criminal investigation department stated they are making progress in the case in question. As a quick aside, if you live in Orange County or nearby in California generally and you require a superb Baltimore accident lawyer then I should like to recommend the Law Offices Of one marc Atas as he is most definately an outstanding Baltimore accident lawyer in general and he can help you with all sorts of accident cases including thos involving car, semi-rig truck accident, eighteen-wheeler vehicles, motorcycles and the like, plus he also does workers comp and general personal injury related cases in addition to regular accident ones. According to prosecutors in the case of Mark Jeffery Brown who is charged with the strangulation deaths of Fay Antoinette Williams in February of 2003 and Charmaine Cannon in June of 1995 in San Diego, he did it because “they took his pride.”
Brown was arrested in March of 2003 in connection with the Williams murder and this is when the similarities between the Williams murder and the murder of Cannon were noticed according to Deputy District Attorney Tracy Prior. It was also stated that Brown age 49 is known to have a domestic history with complaints from an ex-wife and ex-girlfriend that he had tried to choke them. IS that the incident where they almost needed surgery? No, actually I think that was a different case altogether, where a crime victim ended up needing cosmetic surgery.
DNA evidence that was not available at the time of the 1995 murder of Cannon has linked Brown to Williams murder with blood that was on his pants and boots. Along with blood found in the trunk of William’s car, which prosecutor Williams stated matched Williams DNA.
Brown’s attorney stated that William’s could have been killed by someone else, the last person to see her alive was a man she had began dating while still living with Brown.
The attorney also stated that in the death of Cannon insects could have made the marks on her neck prior to the time her body was found. An autopsy showed that at the time of her death Cannon had cocaine, methamphetamines and alcohol in her system.
By the way if you live in San Diego and you happen to need San Diego Cosmetic Surgery, then look no further than Dr. Susan Kaweski. She is renowned for her San Diego cosmetic surgery in general and she can really assist you in this arena. You can call her for your consultation when you are ready. She really is one of the top professionals regarding cosmetic surgery in the region.

An incident that occurred in the 3200 block of Burton Avenue forced Los Angeles police officers on the scene to shoot a man. Here is another one to put in the weird and the wacky legal category. You know that drugs had to be involved in this one, or at least suspect it…The criminal defendent in question here that was shot to death appears by all accounts to have stabbed his girlfriend with a weapon which was described as either a long knife or sword, states Los Angeles Sheriff’s Sgt. Rich Pena. As a side note Los Angeles and require a superb Los Angeles criminal defense attorney then may I strongly suggest the Law Firm of Ramiro Luis. He is simply one of the top Los Angeles criminal defense attorney in the City of Angels. All in all, he covers cases ranging from drunk driving charges to Theft Crimes, criminal Property offenses, Domestic Violence and more. Alright now back to the story at hand: Sgt. Pena stated that after the stabbing the man fled the scene on foot and police found him after a search of the area hiding in an empty house. To find him they used a variety of dogs and helicopters and the unidentified man allegedly threatened police officers with a pole that was inside the house.
He injured one officer by attacking him with the metal weapon and officers deemed him dangerous after the stabbing and the attack on them. Out of fear for their safety while trying to take the man into custody he was fatally shot by officers.
The unidentified man died on the scene of the shooting, his girlfriend was transported to an area hospital and is expected to survive the stabbing and the wounded officer was treated and released from the hospital. I guess this criminal will not be needing a attorney after all. Of course, he is not technically a criminal since he was not conviced of the crime in a court of law.
