There is no way to measure the trauma that children can suffer in a divorce. Divorce most often puts adults and children under terrific strain. Now, if you decide you need some qualified WA Divorce attorneys then I can suggest the family law firm of Jason Newcomb and associates. Their attorneys can help with a plethera of divorce related cases. Most often, parents are not at their best when undergoing a divorce. Their own pain often makes it difficult for them to put the needs of their children first. Research Studies have shown that children of divorce may be more likely to be less physically healthy. Children of divorce tend to under perform in school. Sadly, they are more likely to abuse drugs or alcohol. Children do not always suffer such undesirable affects. It is heartening that about 2/3 of children of divorce are fairly well adjusted after a period of painful adjustment.
It is amazing how little most couples discuss the really important issues before they have children. Not only is whether to have children and when to have them of importance, but what values each parent believes in relation to raising children, day-to-day issues about how to parent, and who will do what for them. When agreement cannot be reached on such basic issues before having children, it may be helpful to at least determine how you will work out the inevitable conflicts that will arise. Just do not forget to retain some good attorneys for your said cases.

In criminal related news out of Lee County resident was charged with illegally taking tens of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry; a female discovered the crime in question about thirty-odd days following the time the suspect in this case had done lawn work. She later stated that she was missing a ladies diamond ring including an engagement ring, a mens diamond ring, diamond earrings, diamond hoops, a yellow gold chain, gold rosary necklace, a rose gold chain, necklaces, diamond stud earrings and other pieces as well. I must say, that is an awful lot of bling bling jewelry. After all, there are rappers and other hip hop stars with less bling bling than that.
The said female reported that overall, she had not worn the jewelry for more than thirty days or so and that the only person who had been at her house was a guy named Andrew Tillerson, the worker who mows on her lawn. She later reported to police that he had been at her house two times in the previous thirty days or so. According to the authorities, a deputy investigating the case found out that on April 22 and on May 13 he had pawned a number of pieces of the said jewelry.
The female the jewelry had been stolen from positively identified the missing pieces that had been pawned. Tillerson was arrested and charged with one count of grand theft, he was also charged with two counts of dealing in stolen property and two counts of false owner selling property to a pawn shop under $300.

King County assessor Scott Noble has been urged by the state Democratic Party to resign after a January 18 percent while driving in the wrong lanes on Interstate 5.

At the time of the accident Noble was driving under the influence and was involved in head-on accident according to prosecutors on Interstate 5. Noble was driving on the wrong side of the interstate when accident occurred and according to the Atty. Gen.’s office at the time of the accident Noble was allegedly making a U-turn on Interstate 5 in the vicinity of Federal Way. It was during this turn that he allegedly was driving on the wrong side of the road and struck the SUV the women were in head-on. By the way if you need a top flight Washington accident attorney then this may be the site for you.

Noble was charged with two counts of vehicular assault by the Attorney Generals Office for the two women that were injured during head-on collision. The women were both injured and treated for broken bones after the accident. Noble sustained internal injuries during accident and required surgery; he was transported to Harborview medical Center.

Just got back from San Diego and Los Angeles (to see the probate lawyer there) and am back at it. According to the authorities an arrest affidavit that has been released in the case of suspected first-degree murder of Tamyrill Randall against her step father Tristan Price age 23 who inflicted the fatal injury in this terrible criminal defense related case overall, it remind me of arecent Los Angeles case too..
The affidavit states that Tamyrill Randall age 4 died from multiple injuries, which included eight broken ribs along with a lacerated liver according to the autopsy report. The El Paso County Coroners Office also found that three of the eight ribs had also been broken before and had started the healing process according to Dr. Sunil Prasher. Not sure who would want to be the lawyer and defend this monster, you know what I mean? Dr. Prasher also stated that the injury were not natural and that the five brakes in the ribs along with the laceration in the liver was the cause of death. If you need a criminal defense lawyer San Diego then I do in fact suggest this particular firm, they also do domestic violence and other various other related types of criminal defense type cases in the greater San Diego area in addition to the aforementioned criminal defense related cases in general, so you may wish to give their fine lawyer a call. The tear in the liver filled the child’s lower cavity with blood and the death was ruled a homicide, due to the fact that death would have occurred within minutes of the injury. It does not seem like an accident to me. It is not clear if he has a criminal defense lawyer as of yet but he will need one…Someone may also need a Los Angeles probate lawyer at some point or someone who knows probate law well at least. It was also stated that the injuries could have occurred with a situation like stomping on the child with a barefoot. By the way if you live in San Diego and are in need of a quality San Diego auto accident lawyer then might I recommed the Law Offices of Steve Recordon. He is in fact a lawyer and may assist you if you have an auto related legal news case.
This is not the first problem that included the child, according to the affidavit there was an investigation done after the child appeared to have bite marks on each breast and the child’s mother Tenessa Randall stated that Price had also bitten her when angry. There were no charges filed as a result of this incident, which was obviously not an accident. I am surprised any lawyer could live with himself and defend this animal.

Mattawan, MI – An Amtrak train headed for Chicago last Sunday struck a vehicle, killing the only passenger in the car Aubrey Noble of Portage.
Noble’s two door Saturn was hit at a railroad crossing in Mattawan at East McGillen Street when Amtrak train #365 was passing through on its way to Chicago. The accident occurred at approximately 10:25 AM. Some people could be looking for a qualified attorney in thsi case.
Noble was alone in the car and was pronounced dead at the scene. She was 25 years old.
Chief Donald VerHage of the Mattawan Police Department reported that the accident was still under investigation and urged any witnesses to come forward with any helpful information.
John Budin, a reputable Chicago personal injury attorney was contacted by our staff for a statement but was unavailable. He is a good choice if you happen to live either in Chicago or the surrounding region and you require a good Chicago personal injury attorney in that whole area.
Initial findings in the investigation indicate that Noble’s Saturn was going West on McGillen and was hit by the train’s lead engine on the car’s passenger side. There were no passenger injuries reported by Amtrak.
A specialist has been hired by the Michigan State Police to recreate the accident to determine the cause. The report should be finalized by the end of this week.

I will be going to Chicago tomorrow for some personal injury work but I wanted to include this rather bizarre story from California: Forty-two year old baker Khai Van Nhin in San Jose and has just been issued a stiff but deserved 9 year jail sentence plus $127,000 in restitution for insurance fraud. The defendent in question was accused of forming an motor vehicle insurance fraud ring and he entered a plea agreement where he admitted to heading this insurance fraud ring for some 3 years. If he had not made this plea deal he would have faced as many as 24 years in the slammer. The defendent was in front of Judge Ron Del Pozzo and his lawyer apparently made no statement to the media. The legal case was pieced together that netted him with an investigation that was called “ Operation Cashout” according to Stan Voyles the Deputy District attorney. The defendent plus 27 additional individuals were indicted by the grand jury 2 years ago, 4 other individuals were charged along with him. By the way if you happen to live in Chicago, Illinois and require an outstanding
Chicago personal injury attorney then may I suggest the elite legal firm of Dworkin & Maciariello. They are certainly among the best Chicago personal injury attorney now working in the Windy City and they can assist you with various accident related cases in Chicago as well as surrounding areas in certain parts of illinois….All in all they are highly skilled at the procedures involved in the workers comp related claims, and fully understand how to present a strong as well as effective legal case for you as well. Alright now back to the article at hand: According to prosecutors including the District attorney Nhin and the others that were a part of the motor vehicle fraud insurance ring filed perhaps more than thirty car accident which included possibly more than tweleve specific vehicles during theose years. The way they organized these very fraudulent claims was by buying damaged motor vehicles and later filing claims that they had been forced off the highway and struck the guardrail. This was said to have totaled an amount of about half a million dollars or so which was kept and not used to fix any of the said vehicles which were claimed to have been damaged.

I just got back from my vacation to North Carolina and it was fun trucking over there to see it but I almost got into an accident which was not fun at all. Now I am chomping at the bit to get back to writing so here goes. but have some more law related news to tell you about now that I am back from good old Missouri……According to various mediareports a woman who has been identified as Mary Elaine Bradford was arrested inside the home of Alan Nakamura.
The relevent local authorities were responding to a theft that was going on at the time at 10973 Bellaire Way and what they found was the dead body of Alan Nakamura in an upstairs hallway. Nakamura had been shot in the head and the shot did indeed kill him, unfortunately.
I wonder what was in the house to draw them in, perhaps custom furniture or designer lighting? Or maybe leathercraft, Lorts, kitchen barstools or outdoor dining furniture?
All in all, the authorities there likewise discovered Mary Bradford in the house of Nakamura. Bradford, who also lives in the house where the crime occured was custody while the police investigate the possibility of charging her with first-degree murder in the shooting of Nakamura, according to Thornton Police spokesman Matt Barnes. Barns also stated that there is also another woman that resides in the home of Nakamura and Bradford.
While police investigators are still investigating the shooting and possible burglary of kitchen barstools or designer furniture from the source and so on,or the possible first degree murder charges against Bradford, Nakamura’s family have made statements. His family has stated that Nakamura and Bradford were having a rocky relationship of late. They are just an accident waiting to happen I guess…. Incidentially, just to change the subject for a minute, do you happen to reside either in Houston or the adjacent areas? If so, I know of a wonderful and first rate North Carolina attorney overall.
The case in question is still under investigation and the local authorities have yet to find an exact motive regarding the said shooting. It has been released that Nakamura was shot with a small caliber handgun according to Matt Barns of the Thornton Police Department.
It was also been reported that Alan Yukio Nakamura was age 57 and Mary Elaine Bradford age 59. I hope someone involved.

In Seattle and King County criminal related news, Clinton Chad Grainger age 22 that was arrested after being involved in a fight at the Folklife Festival and was carrying a gun that was strapped to his ankle has plead guilty to the class C felony he is charged with.
Grainger according to the King County deputy prosecutor Ian Goodhew was at the festival and hand a gun strapped to his ankle when he became involved in a fight. The person he was fighting with noticed the gun and tried to take control of it, this is when the gun discharged hitting two nearby people and injuring them. Also, if you are in need of a superlative Seattle Criminal Attorney then by all means please take a look at the excellent and professional Law Offices of Mark C. Blair. He is not only an elite
Seattle criminal attorney yet he and his firm service the wider Seattle and King County region such as Lynwood, Snohomish and also Pierce County.
Grainger has been confined since the shooting took place May 24 could be sentenced from three to eight months. Goodhew stated that Grainger will qualify for a first-time offender waiver, which means he would spend no more time in jail. He could be sentenced with up to two years community supervision which is a light sentence for this kind of criminal activity. he must have a pretty good attorney
The investigation did not show that Grainger had intentionally assaulted the two bystanders, but prosecutors believe that bringing a gun to the festival and then being involved in a fight does amount to criminal negligence.
Granger was originally charged with second degree assault which was lessoned because the Kings County Prosecutor’s Office would not have been able to show that Grainger intended to do harm to the two victims that were shot. This could have resulted in a sentence up to 45 months.
Once convicted of the felony Grainger will not be allowed legally to own a gun such as the one he legally owned and carried to the Festival that resulted in the charges.

In some legal news out of San Jose and central California, defendent John Paul France Gonzales age 23 has changed his plea to no contest in exchange for a twenty year term in jail.
In the court trial that was set to start later on in the month he faced some 146 counts after allegedly holding a teenage girl hostage in the basement of his house for eighteen months. He was charged with more than 12 counts of felony child molestation, criminal threats plus domestic violence. Incidentially if you need a superb San Jose Criminal Attorney then check out the Law Offices of Ed Ajlouny. In addition to being a remarkable San Jose Criminal Attorney he also covers the bay area in general and is a California Domestic violence attorney as well. He covers Oakland, Sunnyvale and other nearby towns. Alright now back to the story at hand…..
The allegations are that Gonzales subjected the child in question to sexual and physical assault while holding her hostage. Prosecutor Melissa McKowan stated that he repeatedly beat her and forced her to have intercourse with him.
Apparently the defendent met the child while dating her aunt that she was living with in 2000 when she was only 10 years old. She later went to live with her grandmother, where she allegedly kept in contact with Gonzales and later started an intimate relationship.
The grandmother reported her missing when she did not return home and it was believed that she was a runaway. According to the prosecutors office the teen was actually in Gonzales house. This is the type of criminal that should really be taken off the streets for good in my opinion.
In return for Gonzales plea of no contest the charges he plead to were thirteen felony charges and after a majority of time behind bars he could be released.
The original counts that he was charged with occurred in San Mateo County but there are twenty one total additional charges prosecutors added that apparently occurred in Alameda, Marin, Sonoma and San Francisco counties plus possibley San Jose. This is a pretty sick case in my opinion.
