Lee County Worker takes off with some Bling Bling jewelry

Jun 14

In criminal related news out of Lee County resident was charged with illegally taking tens of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry; a female discovered the crime in question about thirty-odd days following the time the suspect in this case had done lawn work. She later stated that she was missing a ladies diamond ring including an engagement ring, a mens diamond ring, diamond earrings, diamond hoops, a yellow gold chain, gold rosary necklace, a rose gold chain, necklaces, diamond stud earrings and other pieces as well. I must say, that is an awful lot of bling bling jewelry. After all, there are rappers and other hip hop stars with less bling bling than that.
The said female reported that overall, she had not worn the jewelry for more than thirty days or so and that the only person who had been at her house was a guy named Andrew Tillerson, the worker who mows on her lawn. She later reported to police that he had been at her house two times in the previous thirty days or so. According to the authorities, a deputy investigating the case found out that on April 22 and on May 13 he had pawned a number of pieces of the said jewelry.
The female the jewelry had been stolen from positively identified the missing pieces that had been pawned. Tillerson was arrested and charged with one count of grand theft, he was also charged with two counts of dealing in stolen property and two counts of false owner selling property to a pawn shop under $300.

Malware forces some fed offices to Temporarily close

May 27

The FBI as well as United States Marshals office was forced to shut down their respective computer systems and were without either email or web service as technicians confirmed and destroyed a malware infection.
According to spokesperson Nikki Credic, the IT administrators in question confirmed that the computers was infected and began to update their anti virus software and then pushed the updates through the networks.
The IT administrators said the said attack did not breach any type of sensitive information in the FBI or United States Marshal’s systems. There have been some unconfirmed reports that the malware attack could have been the Neeris worm, which has been around for several years now. All in all, this particular worm spreads on the Windows Autorun and is able to spread on systems which are not up to date on their patches.
According to Derek Manky the project manager of Fortinet cybersecurity and research, said that Neeris could contain a malicious code that would enable remote hackers to take control of the infected system. They would then be able to steal personal or financial information and could have affected the sensitive data on these two computer systems. By the way, if you spend a lot of time sitting down and are looking for new office chairs then you should take into account the ergonomic dynamics of the office chairs, which is quite important.
All in all, The United States Marshal’s service is the office that handles witness security, along with other duties that was left without Internet or email during the malware attack.

Cause of Tragic Death of ODB Verified

May 18

The music world has still not fully recovered from the sudden and untimely death several years ago of ODB, aka Ol’ Dirty Bastard,
the hip hop star who at times seemed almost as famous for his trademark gold teeth plus bling bling jewelry as for his recordings.
After he tragically passed away in a New York City music studio, the cause of his death is now confirmed to be a narcotics overdose.
It was reportedly a combination of prescribed plus illegal narcostics, according to some mainstream media articles.
All in all, his unfortunate and untimely passing away is being treated as an accident since there does not appear to be any visable evidence of
foul play involved in this case. For instance, he had a well-documented history of narcotics abuse
and even spent about two years in jail on just such a charge. he was only thirty-five years old when he died.
He had many other legal probelms, and also tried to kille himself at one time.
In particular, when he passed away had had the powerful painkiller Tramadol plus large quantities of coke in his system.
It was officially declared to be an accidental overdose by the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office
He had his own style, which was basically half-rapped, half-sung style. This style was quite unique.
Much like Flava Flav or Puff Daddy , he was also a huge proponent of bling bling jewelry, gold teeth and the like,
although I never saw him with the oversized watches or watch necklesses that certain hip hop stars often used.

Tips on Finding an ideal Cat at an Animal Shelter

May 02

This article was written by our expert writer Ryan Joseph. He is an expert on cat health and features premium cat food from Life’s Abundance.

Picking out a feline from your local animal shelter may be likened to picking out cat food at a pet store – it should be done carefully: you should know as much about the animal (or product) as reasonably possible. If you are really considering adopting a cat at an animal shelter, than you might just wish to consider these tips which may save you some hassle and help you find the feline of your dreams.

1. Do some research regarding cat breeds.

You need not actually read tons of history about each bread; instead, know that certain cats like Persians are more suited to be lap cats, while the American Short Hair may be more independent and active. This will help pinpoint what types of cats may fit your lifestyle best.

2. Decide if you prefer short hair over long hair.

People tend to get all excited about a cat or kitten until they suddenly consider the hair issue – “Oh my god, the cat has white long hair and it’ll get all over my black corduroy sofa.” Decide if shedding is a big deal for you – if it is, go short hair or find a cat that best matches your decor, OR perhaps buy a gold fish instead.

3. Consider the first impression you get from a feline.

Most folks generally some time to warm up to strangers and your pets are not different in this regard. Yet the initial impression you get from cats is generally the same reliable first impression you get from people. If a cat is somewhat hyper and attempts to strike or bite you when you initially meet him or her, most likely it will react that same way with your visitors and family. Look for a personality that will gel with your family members and any other pets.
4. Talk to the people at the shelter.

If you want to find a particular type of personality in a pet, rather than a type of breed, which is easier to spot, speak with the people who know them best.

5. Spend plenty of time with the cat before you adopt him or her.

Shelters often encourage individuals who are considering adoption to come and spend time at the shelter, after the cats have had their cat food of course, to “feel out” various animals so as to basically sense if both they and their potential new pet have the makings of a lasting and mutual relationship. All in all, it really makes good common sense to take advantage of this opportunity in order to gauge which might be the right pet for you.

During the trial the video that Helund had taken showed the one passenger who had not been drinking Jayme Vomenici and owner of the vehicle for the person driving to slow down or stop the vehicle.

Jesuit Order Goes into Bankruptcy

Apr 07

<p>A Chapter 11 bankruptcy has been filed by the Jesuits of Oregon Province. Several alleged sexual assault lawsuits had been previously brought against the Jesuit order. Most of these lawsuits were filed by Alaskan Natives that are suing for abuse that took place in remote villages.
</p>
<p>Rev. Patrick J. Lee, of the Jesuit order, stated “Our decision to file Chapter 11 was not an easy one, but with approximately 200 additional claims pending or threatened, it is the only way we believe that all claimants can be offered a fair financial settlement within the limited resources of the Province.”
</p>
<p>The province of the Roman Catholic order filed for the bankruptcy protection on Tuesday. The order listed assets of less than $5 million and liabilities of almost $62 million. It is one of the 10 Roman Catholic provinces in the United States. The Oregon Province includes Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho.</p>

<p>Representing the 60 Alaskan Natives that filed the lawsuits is Ken Roosa, an attorney who is based in Anchorage. Roosa alleges that the Oregon province owns Seattle University and Gonzaga University and several high schools which have been left out of the Oregon Province assets listings. By the way if live in Washington State and need a great Washington Bankruptcy attorney then take a look here.
</p>
<p>Remarking on the bankruptcy filing, Rev. Patrick J. Lee stated “Our hope is that by filing Chapter 11, we can begin to bring this sad chapter in our Province’s history to an end,” Lee also said. “We continue to pray for all those who have been hurt by the actions of a few men, so that they can receive the healing and reconciliation that they deserve.”</p>

Philadelphia Man Dies on I-78

Jan 22

In tragic accident/personal injury related news, an accident on a slush-covered I-78 in Berks County, leaves a Philadelphia man dead Friday morning. Eighteen year-old, Jonathan Medina was traveling west on I-78 in Greenwich Township when he passed a tractor-trailer driven by Richard Custer Jr., 59, of Jonestown.

Medina, lost control of the vehicle, and the car spun around three times as it traveled back into the left lane. Police report the tractor-trailer in question swerved to the left as Richard Custer applied his brakes hard. Sadly enouph for all involved in this tragedy, the truck in question struck the front, left of the vehicle and pushed it more than three hundred feet into the median barrier before riding over it! By the way if you live in or near Philadelphia and need a great Philadelphia personal injury lawyer then might I recommend the law offices of  Mark Rosenberg. Simply put, he is a top notch Pennsylvania Attorney as well as leading Philadelphia personal injury lawyer. Alright now back to the article at hand: Medina was then taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Custer, who was wearing a seat belt, did not suffer personal injury, police said.

Meanwhile, in related news, in Philadelphia, 2 police officers were killed and some 59 other folks have been injured as a result of police pursuits this year. Charles H. Ramsey, Police Commissioner, has stated that the department’s pursuit policy needs some adjustments. it is possible that the District lawyer may even get involved in this one, although that much is only my humble personal opinion….Philadelphia’s original 1994 policy, allows pursuits to grab someone suspected of committing a violent felony, or a suspect with a deadly weapon who used or intends to use it to cause personal injury, and to recover a hot vehicle under certain specific circumstances.

Kauai Real Estate set to recover Next Year

Jan 01

All in all, this may be a good time to obtain Kauai real estate, although the timing might go against conventional wisdom.
This may be at first glance appear somewhat surprising to some of you based on the real estate market and the bad economic outlook. After all, some people try to time the markets (particularly if they tend to be professional investors) and make their transaction at the peak or valley of the cycle in question.
And yet, according to the report, you often do not know when that exact moment really is until after the fact. This is also known as Monday morning quarterbacking……
All in all, the county of Kauai is now experiencing one of the better real estate markets in a while now. By the way The Kauai Board of Realtors is a nonprofit organization comprised of some seven hundred different Realtors,
Regarding  Selection: There are currently over 600 residences for sale on Kauai starting with a “Sugar Shack for $245,000”. There are approximately 550 condominiums for sale according to the Hawaii Information Multiple Listing Service starting with a “Lihue Townhouse for $160,000”.
With regards to location, the primary attribute of real estate, With the price of some properties dipping throughout Kauai, you may be able to purchase a residence in a neighborhood or project that was previously out of your price range. Perhaps you want to move to a different school district or closer to your work, there is Kauai real estate available to meet that custom need.
In general, Kauai has a large selection of “2nd-homes” and when money becomes tight, luxuries like boats, planes and second-homes are the first items folks sell to unburden their financial commitments and free up cash.
When broadly comparing the hawaii real estate market with those in various mainland states like California or Nevada, the hawaii market in general and the Kauai real estate market in particular has remained relatively solid. The State of Hawaii ranks in the middle of the US in terms of foreclosures. The median residential home price has remained fairly constant. The types of loans that have created chaos on the economy are less prevalent in Hawai‘i
This depth and breadth of choices gives you a wide number of options when trying to find your dream home or investment property.
Of course there are other important reasons driving the real estate trends on a national level: A downturn of the stock market is forcing many investors to seek other investments, real estate, and forthcoming inflation will most likely send real estate prices higher in the long term. Paper assets are often less sound than solid, tangible real estate when high inflation comes into the picture.
